Emilie Bottorff
Owner | Certified Yoga Teacher
Emilie Bottorff is the founder of Serenity Fields Yoga, a mobile yoga and wellness business rooted in agriculture & nature and focused on helping individuals reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and sound in beautiful outdoor environments. A certified yoga instructor and trained Himalayan singing bowl sound practitioner, Emilie has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years and is also pursuing board certification as a Health and Wellness Coach through Duke University, deepening her commitment to holistic healing and whole-person wellbeing.
A proud fifth-generation Floridian, Emilie draws inspiration from the land and its seasons—partnering with agritourism venues across the state to create immersive outdoor yoga experiences. Whether guiding students through a sunrise yoga flow in the fields or leading a blissful sound meditation beneath the open sky, Emilie’s magic lies in her calming presence and intuitive style. Her sessions are designed to help participants unwind, reset, and reconnect—mind, body, and spirit.
With over a decade of experience in higher education administration and a background in organizational management, Emilie blends professionalism with heart, making her an ideal partner for local farms, wellness retreats, corporate wellness programs, and community events. Through Serenity Fields Yoga, she welcomes individuals to explore wellness in agriculture & nature and to experience the grounding power of sound and movement.
Emilie resides in Polk County Florida with her soul mate and husband, Allen, and her mini-me, Murphy Belle.
